Testimonials

“As a mom I was looking for some help building her confidence. We had reached a point where she cared so much that when she felt she made a mistake or wasn’t perfect that we would end her solo performances in competitions  mad, upset or in tears. It was mentally draining and frustrating for her as well as me as a parent watching this unfold let alone the financial cost of doing competitive dance that we would end up like this after every competition.  This would in turn affect her next solo or performance because she couldn’t get it out of her head. As a parent I said to myself this is not the way this is supposed to be for as much as this girl loves to dance and as talented as she is. I didn’t want her to waste the time she had left being in a bad mental space and not reaching her goals because this was standing in her way. At the beginning of this season we decided to proceed with the coaching to supplement all her other training. We began in February/March and it really has made a world of difference. She is a totally different dancer the second half of this season and I contribute that to not only her training but that her confidence is on a total different level then a few months back. She has learned it’s ok to be upset but how to deal with it in a better way.  She has learned to set short term and long term goals and she has been journaling. We are excited to continue on for June coaching to get her to nationals. Thank you again for offering this service and the time you put in for these dancers.”
